The Rosewood Ranch is family owned and operated; a family with a long tradition of land stewardship, sustainable ranching practices, and environmental conservation. Since the 1980s, we have worked to restore and develop wetlands across the state, which conserve water and provide essential habitats for wildlife. We helped re-establish the Eastern Turkey and reconstructed wetlands along the Trinity River for migrating waterfowl. We work tirelessly to keep our land healthy and sustainable for years to come.

Our continuous efforts and outreach in these areas have been recognized nationally. That makes us very proud!

  • The National Wetlands Award from the Environmental Law Institute
  • The Lone Star Land Steward Award from Texas Parks and Wildlife
  • Recognized formally for conservation efforts by the Nature Conservancy, the Sierra Club, and the Audubon Society
